The relevant staff member will then see the job appear in their jobs list. When each staff member completes their part of the job, they can re-assign it to a colleague to continue processing the order.
For example, a designer might assign the job to a printer and they could assign the job to a print finisher, and so on . . .
When a job is finished, the system can be used to optionally notify the customer by email or text message.
Again, with a single click, the completed job can be invoiced. The system automatically creates a PDF invoice that can be emailed or printed within seconds.
An option to setup and create recurring invoices is also included.
Each customer can be set to receive month-end statements automatically, or semi-automatically, or this functionality can be turned off.
The system can be used to simplify the task of completing VAT returns, as VAT liability can be calculated for any period. Workflow automatically calculates the VAT in payments based on invoices issued to each customer.
Suppliers details, invoices can also be recorded, and the system will calculate VAT automatically for those too.
Not only that, but you you can optionally enter supplier products for automatic or semi-automatic ordering.
And a recent update relating to COVID, will create an automatic comparison of turnover for each month and compare that to the same month the previous year.
This greatly assists decision making regarding eligibility to the Employment Wage Subsidy Scheme (EWSS).
